This Privacy Policy describes how Ben AI Inc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our website or services.
We are located at:

Website: www.ben24.ai
By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We may collect personal details such as:
Includes IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and device identifiers. Mobile-specific data like device type and OS may also be collected. While a chat you started in a business's website chat widget is open on your device, the widget reports that it is open, so the business can tell whether you can still see a reply; it does not report the pages you visit.
If you log in using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., we may access public profile information linked to your account.
We use cookies and similar technologies (session and persistent, including browser local storage) for functionality, security, user experience improvements, and to recognise the same browser across visits for the analytics described below.
Inside the Ben AI application we use a product analytics Service Provider — currently PostHog (PostHog, Inc., hosted in the United States) — to understand how the product is used, to detect and fix errors, and to support you. For this purpose we collect Usage Data such as the pages and features you use, clicks and navigation, your browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and application errors, together with the account, name, email address and business you are signed in with.
To understand usage per account, we may also combine this Usage Data with account records held by our other Service Providers, such as the authentication provider and payment processors named in Section 5. These records can include your contact details, sign-in history (including the IP address, location, browser and device of each sign-in), organization membership, and your subscription plan, trial and payment status. They are used only to relate product usage to accounts and plans, not to build profiles for advertising.
We also record session replays — reconstructions of how the application screen changes while you use it. Replays are configured to mask all text and all form inputs before they leave your browser, so the contents of your leads' messages, names and contact details are not included. When Ben AI staff access your account for support purposes, we take steps to exclude that activity from your analytics.
Analytics, error and replay data is used solely to improve the Service and fix problems, and is not sold or used for advertising. Our analytics provider processes it on our behalf under its own privacy policy (currently PostHog). We may change or add analytics providers; any replacement will be bound by the same restrictions and this section will be updated.
Ben AI Inc provides SMS text messaging notifications as part of our Services. By opting in to SMS notifications through your account settings, you consent to receive automated text messages from Ben AI Inc at the phone number you provide.
If you opt in to SMS notifications, you may receive text messages related to:
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings. You control which types of notifications you receive through your Notifications settings page.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any SMS messages you receive. Ben AI Inc does not charge separately for SMS notifications, but your mobile carrier may charge for text messages and data usage.
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enable notifications.
For help with SMS notifications, you may:
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS messages are used solely for service-related communications as described above. Consent to receive SMS notifications is not a condition of purchase.
We may share your data:
Payment Processing. We use Paddle and Stripe to process card and online payments. When you make such a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed directly by these providers in accordance with their own privacy policies (Paddle; Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers. For invoiced accounts that pay by check, payment details are handled by us directly and offline.
This section covers the data we receive from Google when you sign in with Google or connect a Google Ads account to Ben AI to receive your Google Local Services Ads leads. For Google user data, this section takes precedence over Sections 3 and 5.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords), we read the list of Google Ads accounts you can access
and, in the accounts you connect, your Local Services Ads leads: the customer's name, phone number and job
request, the lead's status and charge status, the messages exchanged with the customer (including photos and
files they sent) and call recordings. We also send, in those lead conversations, the replies that you, your
team or Ben write.
We do not create, change or pause campaigns, ads, budgets or billing settings in your Google Ads account.
We use Google user data only to provide the features you turn on: to show your Local Services Ads leads in Ben AI, notify you and your team about them, write and send replies to your customers, transcribe call recordings, and keep each lead's history in your account. AI model providers process lead messages and call recordings on our behalf only to write those replies and transcripts.
We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
We store the access tokens Google gives us, and the leads, messages, files and recordings we receive, in our database and file storage, encrypted in transit. Only the people in your Organization or personal account, and Ben AI staff who support you, can see them. We share Google user data only with the Service Providers that run the Service for us (hosting, AI processing, notifications), when the law requires it, or with your consent.
When you disconnect your Google Ads account in Ben AI, we stop reading it and delete its access tokens once no channel in Ben AI uses them. Leads already received stay in your account history until you delete your account or ask us to delete them at support@ben24.ai. You can also remove Ben AI's access at any time on your Google Account's Third-party apps & services page.
Ben AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain your data as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above. Usage Data may be kept longer for analysis or legal compliance.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in locations outside your jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure secure processing that aligns with this Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your Personal Data by:
Note: We may retain data if required by law.
We may disclose your data:
We implement appropriate security measures but cannot guarantee 100% security. You use the Service at your own risk.
Our Services are not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If informed of such, we will delete the data promptly.
